Finding Books

Search Libraries Catalog to locate books on your topic. There are four basic ways to search the Catalog:

Keywords (use the Boolean operator "AND" to connect key terms)
Sample search: frankenstein AND monstrosity

Title (omit initial articles such as ‘the' and ‘a')
Sample search: room of one’s own 

Subject (use Library of Congress subject headings)
Sample search: English fiction -- 19th century -- History and criticism

Author (last name first)
Sample search: woolf, virginia
