Description
EAI is a non-profit arts organization and leading international source for video and media art. Founded in 1971, their core program includes the creation, distribution and preservation of over 3,500 new and historical video works. The EAI Online Catalogue provides a comprehensive, searchable Web resource of the artists and their works in the collection. Their Educational Streaming Service represents a new subscription-based model primarily for educational institutions and libraries, which provides online streaming access to select artists in EAI's collection. The service functions like an "online textbook," providing access to video files, artist interviews, transcripts of artist's talks and other supporting material.
