A Work by Two Authors - List the authors by their last names and initials. Make sure to use the ampersand (&) instead of "and"

More  Than 20 Authors - List the authors by last names and initials. Make sure to separate the author names with commas. After the twentieth author's name, use an ellipsis ( . . . ) instead of author names. Lastly, provide the final author's name.
