An information and monitoring system of national cultural policies in Europe.

Two sets of resources—International Cultural Property Ownership and Export Legislation (ICPOEL) and Case Law and Statutes (CLS)—will help users navigate the increasingly complex and abundant body of legislation and case law regarding the acquisition and ownership of artworks.

WorldCP aimed to be a central, web-based and continuously updated database of country-specific profiles of policies that relate to culture. Modelled on the Council of Europe/ERICarts Compendium, it also provided the capacity to monitor and analyse global trends in key aspects of cultural policies.

The National Archive of Data on Arts and Culture (NADAC) is a repository that facilitates research on arts and culture by acquiring data, particularly those funded by federal agencies and other organizations, and sharing those data with researchers, policymakers, people in the arts and culture field, and the general public.

The National Arts Administration and Policy Publications Database is a bibliographic tool that enables users to access current and historical information on a multitude of topics related to arts administration and policy.

This database is the main gateway to national legislation on the protection of cultural heritage and has been publishing
all the laws submitted to it from UNESCO’s Member States since February 2005. This is a database of national cultural heritage laws in the vernacular, as well as any available official or unofficial English translations. Searchable by country, heritage category, theme, type of instrument, and also by language.
