Description
BMJ Case Reports is an online resource with a high volume of peer reviewed cases in all disciplines so that healthcare professionals, researchers and others can easily find clinically important information on common and rare conditions. Search the case archive or browse by specialty, latest content, most read, responses, videos, and images.
Institutional Fellowship
The University at Buffalo Libraries have an institutional fellowship. Faculty, staff, and students at UB will not have to pay individual fellowship fees to submit as many cases as they’d like, access all published material, re-use any published material for personal use and teaching without further permission. Another benefit is that there are no additional publication or color charges for accepted papers.
BMJ Case Reports publishes cases that have educational value and that impart valuable clinical lessons. All reports must be written using the Word templates on the BMJ Case Reports site. Publication of any personal information about an identifiable living patient requires the explicit consent of the patient or guardian. There is a consent form to complete. Cases must be submitted through the BMJ Case Reports’ submission site. Please refer to the author guidelines for more details.
If you plan to submit a case to BMJ Case Reports, please contact askhsl@buffalo.edu or 716-829-5683 to receive the fellowship code. You must be affiliated with UB.
