Getting Help
You can get help in using the library using one of the Ask a Librarian services:
- Ask A LibrarianFor immediate help from a librarian, you can use our online chat service. The service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- EmailYou can submit a question via email at any time to our virtual reference service and a librarian will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Facebook®You can contact the UB Librarians and receive updated information about events and resources through our official page on Facebook®. Messages and wall post will be answered as soon as possible during the weekday working hours.
- In personYou can stop by any reference desk during reference hours to speak to the librarian on duty.
