Known Browser Language Issue
If your browser language is set to a language other than English, access errors have been reported to the publisher. At UB, this issue has only been reported when the browser language is set to Chinese.
If you encounter the error:
- Go into your browser settings and change the language to English
- Close the browser entirely and restart
- Return to Lexidrug

Description
UpToDate Lexidrug (formerly Lexicomp) is an online drug information system providing convenient access to concise drug overviews, drug interactions, lab tests, and diagnostic procedures, as well as specific sections for nursing assessment & monitoring, pediatric and geriatric care, drug toxicology, and natural products. Lexicomp’s extensive patient education module features customized patient advisory leaflets for adult and pediatric medications in up to 18 languages, and leaflets covering conditions, procedures, and tests in English and Spanish. Also included are drug identification tools, IV compatibility information (King Guide), Special Alerts, FDA recalls, and clinical calculators.
