This is a guide to the legal assistance resources available in New York State, particularly Western New York and the surrounding areas.

  • Under the Western New York tab, you will find links out to the WNY court help center and a list of local organizations. These links are helpful if you cannot afford an attorney. If you can afford an attorney, there is also a link to the Erie County Bar Association referral service
  • Under the New York State tab, you will find helpful links to general legal resources, including forms and a list of common topics.
