Immigration Enforcement - Know Your Rights & Family Preparedness 

  • Red Cards (Immigration Legal Resource Center) - All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The ILRC’s Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home. Print your own by visiting the website (available in various languages). How to Use the Red Cards: Illustrated & Multilingual 
  • Find a loved one who is detained 
    • Use the “Freedom for Immigrants: Lost in the Immigration System” Toolkit to aid your search for a loved one imprisoned in a detention camp. 

  • We have Rights: An empowerment campaign to prepare for and safely defend our rights during encounters with ICE
