The Washington Post, founded in 1877, is well known for not only in-depth news and analysis of American politics but also insightful coverage of national and international trends and events.

The full-text contains the complete text of the newspaper, but access to certain sections/features (i.e. photographs, classifieds, certain freelance articles, etc.) may not be available. Use Factiva to access full text of Washington Post back to 1984. Users can also browse current editions back two weeks using the Newsstand feature on the homepage.
