Oversight of data management and sharing
- Who will be responsible for data management and sharing?
- Ultimately the PI is responsible - but if others will be managing the data, include them.
- Remember: if "everyone" is responsible then really no one is!
- The libraries are NOT responsible for your data management and sharing.
- How will compliance to the DMSP be monitored and managed?
- UB (SPS, ORA, the libraries...) does NOT do this oversight, it is your responsibility. Keep in mind that UB can lose funding if you do not comply.
- How often will oversight activities occur?
- See above. This is your responsibility.
