Your organization’s records have historic value! The University Archives encourages donations of materials that document the history and evolution of student life at the university. This includes records of student organizations and clubs.

Special Collections is open to the members of the UB community, visiting scholars and the general public. All materials are housed in environmentally controlled and secure stack areas on and off site, and are made available for use in the Special Collections Reading Room.
All collections are non-circulating and are retrieved for researchers upon request.
We also encourage you to explore the appropriate Finding Aid to become familiar with any collection you want to access before your visit.

In Sarah's role as Digital Archivist, she directs efforts to ensure long-term preservation of at-risk digital materials. Sarah works to document the history of UB, including the student experience, so future scholars and the university community can study and learn from their history.

Grace Trimper, Digital Archives Technician In Grace’s role as Digital Archives Technician, she accessions, processes, and preserves born-digital materials. Grace also works to fulfill digitization requests. Grace is here to answer any questions you might have about transferring your digital records to University Archives and how to find them again once they are processed. |
