In the left-hand navigation, you will find links organized by Primary Sources and Secondary Sources (Books, Articles, Treatises and Policy Research). In short, the Secondary Sources interpret the Primary Resources. There are varying levels of interpretation as well:

For this project, you may find that the sources providing narrow coverage - such as law journal articles and treatises - are particularly helpful to you as you focus on a specific legal issue.
Please feel free to contact me, Amanda McCormick (afm33@buffalo.edu), or any of our other research librarians if assistance is required - we are happy to help!
