Free registration via sign up, Facebook, Twitter, or Google offers added features such as highlighting documents for later review (starring) and email alerts. During registration users are also asked to add terms of interest. Search translation is offered in six other languages.
Trip Pro (fee subscription required) offers an advanced search, a "recent" button to retrieve previous activity, and access to images, videos, patient information leaflets, educational courses, and much more content. The paid version also has access to References may be exported for citation management purposes (email, CSV and RIS).
