Yvar Mikhashoff joined the UB Music faculty in 1973 and continued working until his death in 1993. He was a composer and pianist who also made many arrangements of works by other composers and commissioned many piano works. The UB Music LIbrary is the chief repository for Mikhashoff's papers, scores, recordings, and images.
