  • Legislative Retrieval System (L.R.S.): L.R.S. is an on-line database maintained by the New York Legislative Bill Drafting Commission that contains bill text, status and summary information, for the present and prior ten legislative sessions. Included are Bill Text, Statutes, Summaries, Sponsor Memos, Floor Calendars, Agendas, NYS Statutes, and NYS Codes Rules and Regulations, as well as the Legislative Digest daily sheets. The Legislative Library file provides subject indexing for hearings. See a Reference Librarian for access.
