Delivery+ Support: Access Denied?

A common error message you may see is that your access to the Delivery+ service has been denied.
This happens when an item, or items, you have borrowed are not owned by UB and have been declared lost. The block will be removed within 3-5 business days of the return of the item(s).
When an item is overdue for more than 30 days, it is declared lost. At this point you are unable to request a renewal and must return the item. You may return items at the libraries, at any SUNY library, and through campus or USPS mail.
