Not Valid for Delivery+?
A common error message you may see is that your user account is not valid for accessing the Delivery+ service. This happens when cookies saved on your computer interfere with the login process. To resolve the issue, please clear your cache. Instructions for doing so can be found on the University Libraries' Clear Browser Cache page.
Please be sure once you have cleared your cache you completely exit out of all internet browsers and restart your computer before attempting to place another Delivery+ request. If you have completed these steps and are still having trouble please try our other troubleshooting tips.
