Accessions to the University Archives Photograph Collection
  • Create an accession record in ArchivesSpace, indicating in the disposition area that the materials are added to the photo collection.
  • Include the originating department or unit in the agents area.
  • Retain any transfer documents in a folder labeled by its record group in the Archives Photograph accession file (at the end of the institutional records accessions.)
